MicroRNAs与头颈鳞状细胞癌

摘要 MicroRNAs (miRNAs)参与头颈鳞状细胞癌(head and neck squamous cell carcinoma,HNSCC)转录后的基因调控,与HNSCC的发生密切相关.有些miRNAs在HNSCC中表达上调,表现为癌基因的作用;而有些miRNAs在HNSCC中表达下调,表现为抑癌基因的作用.研究HNSCC中miRNAs表达异常及其作用机制,对头颈肿瘤的诊断和治疗具有重要意义.
