变应性鼻炎及非变应性鼻炎中非IgE介导的免疫学机制 被引量：2

摘要 变应性鼻炎与非变应性鼻炎临床症状极为相似,同样是哮喘发生的高风险因素.现有研究表明变应性鼻炎主要是一种由变应原激发的、由IgE介导的鼻黏膜慢性炎性反应,但同时也存在非IgE介导的免疫学机制.本文就变应性鼻炎及非变应性鼻炎的非IgE介导的免疫学发病机制研究进展做一综述.
