丙烯腈接枝交联淀粉对铬(Ⅵ)离子吸附实验研究

摘要 研究了丙烯腈接枝交联淀粉的制备,并重点对其吸附铬(Ⅵ)离子进行实验研究。在单因素的基础上通过正交实验得到最佳吸附工艺:吸附剂用量为6 g,吸附时间35 min,吸附温度40℃,此条件下吸附效果最好,丙烯腈接枝交联淀粉对铬(Ⅵ)离子的最大吸附率为88.94%。 The preparation process of acrylonitrile graft cross-link starch and chromium ion adsorption research were studied. The Adsorption were optimized through orthogonal test based on single factor. The results showed that at the optimum conditions of adsorbent dosage of 6g, adsorbing time of 35min, adsorbing temperature of 40℃, the chromium ion adsorbing rate which was dealt with the aerylonitrile graft cross-link starch can up to 88.94%.
