摘要
老178块海上生产平台A井投产后液量下降明显,对井口憋压数据分析认为该井存在管柱漏失现象,综合考虑海上油井作业成本,拟采用憋油井套压法维持该井较高水平生产。通过现场憋压生产试验,确定将油井套压控制在3.4MPa时,能较好的控制漏失,且能保持较高沉没度,油井在液量14.5t/d的水平正常进行。
The liquid volume of A-well on an offshore production platform significantly decreased after it has been put into production.On the wellhead pressure-holding data analysis we conclude that there exists the phenomenon of tubing leakage.Considering the operation cost of the offshore oil wells , we plan to adopt the method of holding casing pressure of oil wells to maintain the high production level of the well. Through the production tests of holding pressure on-site we determine that the casing pressure be controlled at 3.4 MPa can better control leakage , and also can maintain higher submergence depth.At this time wells can normally operate with liquid production of 14.5 t / d.
