摘要
目的:探讨白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后泪膜的变化。方法:选择单纯老年性白内障患者60例60眼,行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术。观察分析术前、术后1天,7天,30天,90天的所有患者的基础泪液分泌试验(SⅠt)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)及角膜荧光素染色评分情况。结果:Schirmer I试验结果表明术后1d泪液分泌量增多,与术前比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05);术后7天、30天、90天恢复至术前水平,差异均无显著意义(P>0.05)。BUT结果表明术后1天,7天BUT均较术前明显缩短,差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。30天、90天与术前比较,差异均无显著意义(P>0.05)。角膜荧光素染色结果表明术后1天和7天术眼角膜荧光素着色点较术前明显增多,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),术后30天、90天与术前比较,差异均无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论:白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术可在短期内影响泪膜功能。
Objective: To discuss the changes of the lacrimal film after phacoemusification combined with intraocular lens implantation. Methods:60 paitents (60 eyes) of simple age- related cataract were enrolled in this study. The patients accepted phacoemusification combined with intraocular lens implantation. We observed and analyzed the Schirmer I test, breaking- up time (BUT) and fluorescent (fl) before operation and 1 day, 7 days, 30 days and 90 days after operation. Results: Schirmer I test showed the amount of lacrimal se- cretion increased the first day after operation and had significant difference comparing with that before operation ( P 〈 0.05 ). The amount of lacrimal secretion of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days post - operated recovered to the level of that pre - operated and the difference was not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ).. But showed the breaking - up time of lacrimal film of 1 day, 7 days post - operated was obviously shortened than that of pre - operation and the difference was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The difference of BUT between 30 days ,90 days post - operated and that of pre - operation was not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). The fluorescent showed the fl of 1 day ,7 days post - operated was increased sharply comparing with that of pre - operation and the difference was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The difference of fl between 30 days, 90 days post - operated and that of pre - operation was not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: Phacoemusification combined with intraocular lens im- plantation significantly may affect the lacrimal film function in the short term.
