浮肩的围手术期护理

Perioperative nursing of floating shoulder injury

目的：探索浮肩损伤围手术期的护理要点。方法：2008年01月-2011年12月，对18例接受切开复位内固定术治疗浮肩损伤的患者进行护理观察。结果：18例患者无护理并发症发生；所有患者随访时间12—24个月，平均15．2个月，根据Herscovici肩关节评定标准：优9例，良4例，可3例，差2例，优良率为72．2％。结论：围手术期的精心护理、术后的个体化康复锻炼是浮肩损伤治疗成功的关键。

Objective ：To investigate the nursing method of floating shoulder injury which treated by open reduction and internal fixa- tion （ORIF）. Methods： 18 cases of floating shoulder injury from Jan. 2008 to Dec. 2011 were treated with ORIF and psychosomatic nurs- ing. Results：IS cases were all recovered with no nursing complications and all patients were followed up prospectively for an average of 15.2 months （ range 12 months to 24 months） . According to the Herscovici shoulder score, 9 cases were the excellent, 4 good, 3 fair and 2 poor. The excellent and good rate was 72.2%. Conclusion： Delicate care and individual exercise of floating shoulder injury should be vital for guaranteeing the Success of operation.
