摘要
目的:了解安阳市社区卫生服务人力资源的现状,为合理配置卫生人员提供科学依据,以满足社区居民日益增长的基本医疗需求,并为社区卫生服务的可持续发展提供决策依据。方法:使用《河南省城市社区卫生服务机构调查表》对安阳市社区卫生服务中心及站的人力资源情况进行调查分析。结果:安阳市各社区卫生服务机构具有一定数量、一定学历层次和职称水平的卫生技术人员,但人员配置情况存在差异。高学历、高职称人员配置比例偏低,全科医师、护士人数偏少,学历以大专和中专及以下为主;技术职称以初级及以下为主。结论:安阳市社区卫生服务人力资源稳步发展,但社区卫生服务机构人员结构尚需调整,人员素质有待提高,中心和站之间的人员素质差异有待改善。建议适度加大安阳市社区卫生人力投入,通过区域性卫生人力规划,合理配置卫生人力资源。
Objective: To understand the current situation of human resources of the city community health service in Anyang, provi- ding the scientific basis for the rational configuration of health personnel to meet the community residents growing basic medical needs, and providing basis for decision - making for the sustainable development of community health service. Methods: We investigated and analyzed human resources of community health service center and station of Anyang city using the questionnaire of Henan province city community health service organization. ResultsThere were different quantity, degree, health personnel titles in the different city community health services organization in Anyang. There were low rate of highly educated, high title personnel, few number of general practitioners and nur- ses, and the major college degrees were the technical secondary school and the below, the major technical titles were the primary and the below. Conclusion: Human resources of city community health services in Anyang develop steadily, but the personnel structure still have to be adjusted, the personnel quality need to be raised, the personnel quality difference between the city community health center and station remain to he improved. Therefore we suggest to increase city community health.
