摘要
前列腺癌发病率高,发病隐匿,进展缓慢,早期诊断、及时治疗能有效降低前列腺癌死亡率。本文对2013年欧洲泌尿外科学会和美国泌尿外科学会的前列腺癌早期诊断指南进行了介绍和解读,并阐述了PCA3、风险计算器、基因检测等前列腺癌早期诊断的新方法,旨在提高前列腺癌早期诊断的科学性和有效性。
Prostate cancer, which has insidious onset and develops slowly, has high rate of morbidity. Early detection and treatment can effectively decrease its mortality rate. We introduce and explain the guideline for early detection of prostate cancer by European Association of Urology and American Urological Association updated in 2013, as well as some new early detection methods such as PCA3, risk calculator and genetic test in order to improve the effect of early detection of prostate cancer in China.
