摘要 为全面评价水库水沙联合调度方案,针对水沙联合调度方案评价指标体系指标间存在相关性以及传统TOPSIS距离计算时未考虑指标间相关性的不足,将马氏距离引入到传统TOPSIS方法的距离计算中,提出了改进TOPSIS方法,并进而将其应用到三峡水库水沙联合调度方案评价中。实例结果表明,该方法可以从多个水沙联合调度非劣解方案中获取最佳调度方案,评价结果也更具有合理性与科学性,为解决水沙联合调度问题提供了一种新的手段。 In order to fully evaluate programs of water-sediment coordinative operation for the correlation character between attribute indexes among index system of water-sediment coordinative operation withot considering traditional TOPSIS. Mahalanobis distance is introduced to calculate the distance and the advanced TOPSIS is proposed and applied to evaluate water-sediment coordinative operation program in Three Gorges Reservoir. Case study shows that the best operation program is obtained by proposed method form several operation programs, more scientifically and rationally, which serves as a new approach to the solution to water-sediment coordinative operation problem.
