混凝气浮-曝气生物流化床法处理造纸废水中试研究 被引量:4

Pilot Test on the Mixed Flocclating and Air Floating-aerobic Biological Fluidized Bed Technology (ABFT) for Papermaking Wastewater

摘要 采用混凝气浮-曝气生物流化床法对某造纸厂草浆造纸废水进行中试处理研究,试验结果表明:PAC(质量浓度为10.3%)投加量为14mL/L,PAM(质量浓度为0.5%)投加量为6mL/L,水力停留时间选择为15min,污泥回流比为10%时,压力溶气气浮对废水CODCr的平均去除率为39.4%,对SS的平均去除率为89.4%,六级曝气生物流化床对CODCr平均去除率为95.9%,对SS平均去除率为74.3%。出水水质符合GB3544-2008《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》限值要求。 The mixed flocclating and air floating-aerobic biological fluidized bed technology (ABFT) is employed in the pilot test to treat the straw pulp papermaking wastewater. The results indicate that under the conditions of PAC(mass concentration is 10. 3%) dosage of 14 mL/L, PAM(mass concentration is 0.5;) dosage of 6 mL/L, hydraulic retention time of 15 min and sludge return ratio of 10;, the average removal rate of CODe,, SS is 39.4% and 89.4% respectively by the pressure dissolved air floatation, and the average removal rate of CODc;, SS is 95. 9 and 74. 3% respectively by the six-stage aerobic biological fluidized bed. The effluent quality can meet the requirement of limitation of discharge standard of water pollutants for pulp and paper industry.
