天然气管道在线清管作业风险识别及控制 被引量:27

Risks recognition and control in on-line pigging operation of gas pipeline

摘要 长输天然气管道在线清管作业是在不停输、不放空及不影响给下游用户供气的情况下,使用管输天然气作为清管器运行动力源的特殊清管作业,极具风险。结合清管作业的具体实施流程以及山东省天然气管道公司济淄输气管道十余次在线清管作业的现场经验,分别对发球作业环节、清管器运行过程和收球作业环节进行风险分析,详细阐述了风险形成的具体原因并提出了具有针对性的风险控制措施。后期的风险控制能效分析结果表明,各类风险因素基本得到了有效控制,确保了济淄天然气管道在不停输情况下清管作业的顺利进行,可为今后天然气长输管道在线清管作业提供借鉴和理论参考。 On-line pigging operation in long distance gas pipeline is a kind of special pigging operation which uses pipeline natural gas as the power source for pig's operation under the condition of non-shutdown and non-venting,thus it's highly risky.In line with the specific implementation flow of pigging operation and over ten times of field experiences of on-line pigging operation in JiZi Gas Pipeline of Shandong Gas Pipeline Company,risks in the process of pig launching,operating and receiving are analyzed and the causes of risks are explained in detail,and pertinent risk control measures are proposed.The results from the post risk control indicate that various risk factors are under control,ensuring the smooth pigging in JiZi Gas Pipeline without shutdown,which can provide some references to the on-line pigging operation in long distance gas pipeline in the future.(2Tables,5Figures,5References)
