摘要
目前,教育学专业本科教育的发展存在困境,出路在于专业再造,即以培养教研人才为新型目标,坚持精英化、国际化、综合化原则,设置基于综合、立于专业、归于个性的课程体系。拓展、创新教研型专业人才培养的路径,应规范举办学生学术创新活动,有效拓展学生实践成才空间,有序组织本、硕、博学生牵手活动,系统提高课程教学国际化水平,有力扩大学生交换互访活动,精心地设计创新人才培养活动。
At present, there are some peoblems in cultivating undergraduates majoring in education. The key to solving these problems lies in re-arranging the teaching patterns of education major, which aims to cultivate new qualified teachers and researchers, adheres to the principles of elitism, internationalization and integration, and designs a comprehensive syllabus on the basis of specialization and individuality. At the same time, we also should expand and innovate the paths of cultivating professional talents in teaching and research, standardize the students" academic innovation activities, effectively expand students" practical space, orderly organize the activities joined by undergraduates, graduates, and doctoral students together, systematically improve the internationalization level in course teaching, powerfully enlarge the student exchange and visit activities, and elaborately design the cultivating activity of innovative talents. Through these approaches, the uhimate goal of cultivating teaching and research elites can be achieved.
