甘蓝型油菜萝卜细胞质雄性不育恢复系的选育研究 被引量:4

摘要 选育甘蓝型油菜双低萝卜细胞质雄性不育恢复系,并在生产上应用。经过自交和测交,从引进的加拿大甘蓝型春油菜杂交种中育成萝卜质雄性不育恢复系S 1628,将其与课题组多年来研发创制的5个稳定自交系杂交,经过6年连续自交定向选择,育成5个双低甘蓝型油菜萝卜细胞质雄性不育恢复系,经与萝卜细胞质雄性不育系测交,均使其育性完全恢复,证明已经将加拿大春油菜萝卜细胞质恢复基因成功转入我国双低冬油菜品系中,实现了萝卜质雄性不育系、保持系和恢复系三系配套。2012年配制杂交组合23个,其中2个组合长势良好,增产显著,比秦优7号增产9.44%和7.05%。 Breeding double low Ogu CMS of Brassica napus restorer,and applied in production.Ogu CMS Restorer S 1628,which was bred from Canadian spring Brassica napus hybrids by selfing and testcross,was hybridized with 5 Stable Inbred that bred by our team.After 6 years of continuous selfing of directional selection,5 double low Brassica napus CMS restorer line were selected and their fertility restored completely when test mated with Ogu CMS,which denoting Canada spring rape cytoplasmic restoration gene had been transferred into Chinese double low rapeseed lines,and The Ogu CMS,maintainer line and restorer line had formed a complete set.23 hybridized combinations had been crossed,among which 2 combinations grew well,and increased significantly,and were 9.44% and 7.05% Yield higher than Qinyou 7 Respectively.
