蔗糖和PEG对豌豆花粉萌发的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Sucrose and PEG on the Germination of Pea Pollen

摘要 采用花粉离体萌发的方法,研究了不同浓度蔗糖和聚乙二醇-6000(PEG-6000)对豌豆(Pisum sativum L.)粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响。结果表明,蔗糖和PEG均可促进豌豆花粉萌发,随着蔗糖和PEG-6000的浓度的升高,花粉萌发率和花粉管长度均先逐渐增加,但浓度过高时表现出一定的抑制作用。当蔗糖浓度为10 g/L时,花粉萌发率达33.5%,花粉管长度达到135.4μm;当PEG-6000浓度为5 g/L时,花粉萌发率为53.3%,花粉管长度为145.1μm。可得出最适合豌豆花粉离体培养的培养基组分为50 mg/L H3BO4+5 g/L PEG-6000+10 g/L蔗糖。
