自重式行车吊钩防脱装置的设计

摘要 对目前吊装作业中吊钩防脱装置存在的问题进行了原因分析,针对原防脱装置的各种缺陷,研究设计了一种新型防脱装置。该装置结构简单,主要由弧形防脱限位挡板、配重球和双臂杆组成。该装置利用了重力和杠杆原理,操作方便、省力,装置损坏率低,防脱钩性能和强度较原来有大幅提高,达到了以人为本和安全生产的目的,具有良好的推广应用价值。 Problems of anti-hooking apparatus in the lifting operation were analyzed, focused on the all kinds of defects of the original decoupling device,a new kind of lock hook device was researched and designed,this anti-falling device has simple structure,it was mainly constituted by the limiting plate, a counterweight ball and double rod, by using gravity and lever principle, convenient and labor saving operation were realized. The damage rate was low, and decoupling performance and the strength were greatly improved than that of the original, the people-oriented and the purpose of safe production were truly achieved,which has good application values.
