摘要
对圆柱分度凸轮进行了参数化设计与实体建模。在研究中,通过实际范例,运用面向对象且计算功能强大的MATLAB软件,得出圆柱分度凸轮空间点云的图形数据,并绘制出其工作廓面,得到其空间曲面。运用国内外流行的三维实体造型软件Pro/E,对圆柱分度凸轮进行了实体建模和造型,绘制出其立体图并进行运动仿真,避免了原来二维平面设计中由于考虑不周所造成的设计不合理等问题,进一步提高了圆柱分度凸轮设计和加工的通用性和实用性,扩充了功能,提高了设计效率,解决了设计与加工中存在的问题。
The parameterized design and solid modeling of cylindrical indexing CAM were carried out. In the study,by a practical example,and using object-oriented and powerful MATLAB software, cylindrical indexing CAM spatial point cloud of graphic data were gotten,and the CAM contour surface was mapped,so the space curved surface was gotten. By using 3D entities modeling software Pro/E that is popular at home and abroad, the entity modeling and model of cylindrical indexing CAM were did,stereogram was drawn and movement simulation was did. Original problems occurred in two-dimensional design was avoided because of the thoughtless caused by unreasonable design, which further improved the universality and practicability of the CAM design and machining, expanded its function, and improved the efficiency of design, thus, solved the problems in CAM design and machining.
