摘要
分析了矿用液压钻机液压系统温度过高的危害性,结合其在煤矿井下的实际工况,提出了控制其液压系统温度过高的各项措施,并给出了具体的计算方法,为提高矿用液压钻机使用的可靠性,降低其故障率提供了参考,从而为安全高效生产奠定了基础。
This paper analyzed the dangers of too high temperature of hydraulic system of hydraulic drill for coal mining, combined drilling machine in coal mining under actual operating conditions, the measures of controlling hydraulic system temperature too high were proposed, and the concrete calculation methods were given. It provided reference for improving reliability of rig and reducing the failure rate, so laid the foundation for the safe and efficient producing.
