由于传统的曲轴毛坯铸造工艺制造时间长,试制费用高;因此,越来越难以满足新产品试制工作具备工艺周期短、费用低和具有工艺代表性的要求。近年来,随着新技术和新工艺的不断发展,形成了1种对传统曲轴毛坯铸造工艺进行部分改进的快速铸造工艺方法,从而缩短了铸造工艺的制造周期,降低了试制费用,在新产品试制中得到了很好的应用。

Because the manufacture time is long and costs are high handled with traditional crankshaft black casting process, it has become more and more difficult to meet the demand of short time, low costs and process representative of trial producing. In recent years,with the development of new technique and new process,a kind of rapid casting technology appears, which partly improves traditional crankshaft black casting process, shortens the manufacture time of casting technology and reduces the development costs. Thus,it gets a very good application in the new product trial producing.
