摘要
卧式镗床主要用于加工精确度要求高的孔和各孔之间相互位置精度要求较高的零件,是一种使用较普遍的机械加工设备。传统卧式镗床电气控制系统采用硬接线设计,电路接线复杂,可靠性差。本文结合实际,在分析卧式镗床电气控制系统工作原理的基础上,提出了基于PLC控制的对该系统的改造方案,并通过组态软件进行监控,提高了系统的灵活性,使其功能更加完善。
Horizontal boring machine is a conventional machine in general industrial machining and it's mainly used {or holes machining which has a high requirement o{ precision and mutual position between holes. The electrical control system o{ traditional horizontal boring machine adopts hard connection,circuit connection is complicated,and the reliability is poor.In this paper, based on the work principle of electrical control system of traditional horizontal boring machine, presented electrical control system transformation scheme of horizontal boring machine based on PLC, and realized real-time monitoring with MCGS,it improved the flexibility of the system and enhanced its function.
