摘要 机械产品加工的工艺过程是一个复杂的系统工程,工件的加工误差是许多随机因素共同作用的结果。应用数理统计方法对加工过程中工件的尺寸误差进行了诊断分析,确定了一批工件加工误差的总体规律,找出了在工艺上控制误差的措施和解决问题的途径。可利用MATLAB软件在数学计算中的优势,结合机械加工中测量的数据,对数据进行高效和可靠的处理,绘制出直方图等可视化的图表,帮助工艺人员对误差产生的原因进行便捷和高效的分析,并运用适当的方法减少误差,提高加工精度。 Manufacturing process of mechanical product is a complex system, the accuracy of work-piece is the interacted results of many random factors. Through the application of mathematical statistics on dimension deviation during machining process,it can be identified that the general rule of a number of work-piece, so as to find out the measures and ways in the process of solving the problems. By using the advantages of MATLAB software in mathematical calculation,combined the data measured during machining process with it,the efficient and reliable data processing were realized, visual diagram such as histogram finally was gotten, which helps process men analyze the reasons of deviation conveniently, efficiently use appropriate methods to reduce error, and improve the manufacturing precision.
