摘要
设计了一个小型化L波段低插损、宽带四位数字移相器.基于加载线及反射式移相器结构,引入慢波线进行改进,使其在插入损耗不变的同时尺寸大大减小.与传统移相器相比,改进后的移相器面积缩减了60%以上.仿真和测试结果表明,该移相器在0.975-1.125GHz整个频带内回波损耗低于-10dB,插损低于3dB,移相误差在±5%以内.
A miniaturized L-band four-bit digital phase shifter with low insertion loss and wide bandwidth was designed. Slow-wave line was introduced to modify the structure of the loaded-line and the reflection phase shifter to minimize the size. By using the slow-wave line, the size of the phase shifter can be reduced by 66% while the insertion loss is no larger than that of the conventional one. The simulation and experimental results show that the phase shifter works well between 0. 975 GHz and 1. 125 GHz with a return loss being less than --10 dB, the insertion loss less than 3 dB and the phase shift error less than 5%.
