围术期保温对老年患者全膝关节置换术术后认知功能的影响 被引量：13

摘要 术后认知功能障碍（POCD）的机理尚不清楚。其相关影响因素成为近年来的研究热点。在临床上，麻醉与手术均会导致术中低体温。大量研究证明术中适度的低体温会导致患者术后寒颤、出血、感染、心血管事件等并发症发病率增加，延长麻醉后恢复时间。所以麻醉期间持续监测温度成为保持体温的标准化操作，术中保温也成为大多数三甲医院常规做法，
