摘要 采用Si-69、硬脂酸钠、NDZ101、硬脂酸和十八酸锌5种表面改性剂对碳酸钙晶须进行表面处理,研究了改性碳酸钙晶须对NR性能的影响。结果表明,选用Si-69改性碳酸钙晶须,且用量为5份时,复合材料的力学性能最好,300%定伸应力、拉伸强度、撕裂强度比未改性时分别提高了26.0%,21.1%和22.5%;复合材料的损耗因子(tanδ)最小,比纯胶降低了0.20,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为-82.8℃,耐寒性最好。 Calcium carbonate whisker was modified by five dium stearate, NDZ101, stearic acid and zinc stearate,and the whisker on the properties of NR compounds was investigated. surface modifiers, in influence of modified The results showed level of modified calcium carbonate whisker was 5 phr, the mechanical property of cluding Si-69, socalcium carbonate that the addition calcium carbonate whisker/ NR composites was best by Si-69 . The 3000//00 modulus, tensile strength and tear strength of composite were increased by 26.0%, 21. 1%0 and 22.5%, respectively than that of untreated. The value of tana was the smallest and reduced by 0.20 than that of neat rubber. The glass transition temperature was-82.8℃ and the cold resistance of composites were the best.
