Preparation of Fibrous Root Coptidis pellets by extrusion-spheronization method

目的:考察味连须微丸的制备工艺。方法:利用挤出-滚圆法制备微丸,采用单因素考察和正交设计筛选最优处方及工艺。结果:所得微丸的制备工艺简单,大小均匀,载药量大而均匀,适于工业化生产。

Objective： To optimize the preparation technique of Fibrous Root Coptidis pellets.Methods： The pellets were prepared by extrusion-spheronization method based on the studies of influential factors,and optimal formulation was obtained by orthogonal design.Results：Prepared pellets have such advantages as simple technique,uniformity in diameters,high drug content and useful for large-scale production.
