摘要
上染速率控制的基本原理是,通过调节浸染染色工艺参数,将染料的上染速率实时控制在所设计的范围内。在弱酸性红B上染羊毛过程中,按设想的等速上染曲线,设计和试验了非线性温度控制过程,探索了指定上染速率的控制方法,初步实现了预期上染速率量化可控的目标。
By adjusting the process parameters,the dyeing process can be controlled under the designed dyeing rate.According to the designed isokinetic dyeing curves,dyeing process of wool using Weak Acid Red B with non-linear control of temperature are carried out.The control method of dyeing at designative rate is explored.The controllable dyeing rate is realized initially.
