中医理论发生学研究述评(六)

Studies on Genesis of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory

发生学方法是一种多种研究方法综合的跨学科比较的研究方法,已被广泛应用于众多学科领域的研究之中,真正引入中医理论的研究领域只有十余年的时间。为了促进中医理论发生学研究的健康发展,简单介绍了发生学方法的由来、界定及引入中医学研究中的过程。全面、系统地总结了中医理论的发生学研究现状,包括藏象学说、精气血神理论、经络学说、病因病机理论、中医相关哲学理论、中医理论发生与先秦诸子的比较、诊法与方药理论的发生学研究等七个方面。剖析了中医理论发生学研究中存在的问题,主要有缺乏总体规划,研究很不均衡;研究水平不高,创新急需加强;逻辑思维混乱,推理过程错误;理论诠释错误,文献引证不准等四个方面。同时指出,中医理论的发生学研究不能替代中医理论的创新研究,而应该与之紧密结合,以促进中医理论的现代发展。

Occurrence method is method of interdisciplinary comparative integrated a variety of research methods, it has been widely used in many fields, only more than ten years research into the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. In order to promote the healthy development of Chinese medicine theory study, the paper simply introduced the research process and the origin of traditional Chinese medicine. Overall and systematically summarized the research status of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, included seven aspects of viscera, Qi blood Spirit, main and collateral channels theory, theory of the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM theory, philosophy, the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and comparison between the pre - Qin diagnosis and prescription theory study etc. Analysis of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine has research problems, lack of overall planning, not balanced; research level is low, innovation needs to be strengthened; logical thinking is chaos, reasoning process sometimes has errors; theoretical interpretation has errors, liter- ature cited with error etc.. At the same time, innovation of science research can not replace the traditional Chinese medi- cine theory＇reative research, and it should combine with the modern theory of traditional Chinese medicine, to promote the development of the modern development of TCM theory.
