摘要
应用无机锗(GeO2)和有机锗(Ge-132)饲喂艾维茵肉仔鸡,在基础日粮中分别添加 0, 5, 10, 20, 40μ·g-1锗,以研究两种锗化物对肉仔鸡脂类代谢的影响。结果表明:无机锗和有机锗均能不同程度减少向仔鸡的肝脂和腹脂的沉积,但无机锗的效果优于有机锗;添加锗还可降低血清总胆固醇、总脂、甘油三酯和胸肌胆固醇的含量,胸肌胆固醇含量与对照组相比也显著降低(P<0.05),如果锗添加水平相同时,有机锗的效果优于无机锗,且两者差异显著(P<0.05)。
Avin birds were supplemented with organic and inorganic germanium compounds as feed additives at levels of 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 40μg·g-1 respectively in order to study the effect of the two Germanium compounds on lipid metabolisms of broilers. The results showed that: 1. Both organic and inorganic Ge reduced fat deposition in liver and abdomen, adding inorganic Ge being better. 2. The concentrations of total cholesterol, total lipidi and triglyceride in serum also decreased to some extent. In addition, the contents of cholesterol in chest muscles were significantly lower compared with the control (P < 0.05). In all groups the diets with organic Ge performed better than those with inorganic Ge (P < 0.05), if Ge supplements were at the same levels. In a word, both organic and inorganic Germanium compounds as feed additives were feasible and could change the lipid metabolism of broilers to a certain degree.
