百病特灵可溶性粉治疗雏鸡大肠杆菌病的试验研究

Treating Effects of Baibingteling Kerongxingfen on Chick E. coli Disease

选用杯碟琼脂扩散法和染菌动物药物治疗法，验证和评价新兽药百病特灵可溶性粉对鸡大肠杆菌的体外抗菌效能和雏鸡大肠杆菌病的疗效。结果证实，本药对此菌的抑菌圈直径均值，比对照药盐酸思诺沙星大１．１６倍；饮服百病特灵可溶性粉水溶液的最适治疗浓度为 ３０～ ６０ｍｇ·Ｌ－１，每天 ２次，给鸡饮服，连用 ３～ ５ｄ，对此病的治愈率均达１００％，相对增重率分别为１３８．９８％～１８０．６３％。比阳性对照组鸡死亡率降低８７．５％；比阴性对照组鸡的相对增重率提高３８．９８％～８０．６３％。比对用盐酸思诺沙星组鸡的治愈率提高１０％，相对增重率提高３４．９４％～７６．５％。

The study was conducted to identify and evaluate the treating effects of Baibingteling kerongxingfen on chick E. coli disease. The control group was given Enrofloxacini Hydrochioridum. Results showed that the average diameter of restrain bacteria of the tested group was 1.16 times higher than that of control group. The suitable consistency of Baibingteling kerongxingfen was 30 - 60mg·L-1, twice ed day for 3 - 5 days. For tested the group chicks, the cure rate reached 100%, and the relative growth rate was 138.98% - 180.63%, much higher than those of the control group.
