摘要:对首贵特钢项目炼铁一炼钢界面铁水运输“一罐到底”工艺的工序能力匹配、铁水运输和转运的时序进行了解析和研究。结果表明,高炉一铁水脱硫一转炉三个工序之间能力匹配较好,符合“拉力源”快于“推力源”原则;铁水运输和转运工艺流程协调、有序、连续、高效,能保证和实现铁一钢界面的动态有序运行;铁水罐热周转效率较高,周转次数为5~6次/d。
In this paper, the capacity match between working units, and the task scheduling of hot metal transportation and transfer have been analyzed and researched for "common ladle system" of iron making-steel making interface in Shougui Project. The results show that three working units of BF, hot metal desulfurization and BOF can match one another very well, and accord with the principle of "pull source" faster than "push source" . The route of hot metal transportation and transfer is harmonious, ordered, successive and high efficient, it can insure and realize dynamic and ordered production running of iron making-steel making interface. The heat cycle times of hot metal ladies is high up to 5-6 times in one day.
