摘要
目的对Junichi Baby淳-滋养沐浴露3进行动物皮肤变态反应和急性刺激性实验,为其提供使用前安全性评价。方法用Junichi Baby淳-滋养沐浴露3及肉桂醛对豚鼠皮肤致敏,并于第28天激发后观察豚鼠的反应;用Junichi Baby淳-滋养沐浴露3涂抹家兔完整皮肤,并逐日观察症状表现。结果 Junichi Baby淳-滋养沐浴露、阳性致敏物(肉桂醛)的变态反应发生率分别为0.0%,100%;Junichi Baby淳-滋养沐浴露3对家兔的刺激评分为0分。结论 Junichi Baby淳-滋养沐浴露3对豚鼠皮肤无致敏性,对家兔皮肤无刺激性,可安全用于人体。
Objective To evaluate the safety of Junichi baby shower gel using the allergic response and acute irritability test in animals. Methods Junichi baby shower gel and einnamaldehyde were topically applied on the back of guinea pigs and rabbits. The allergic response of guinea pigs on the 28th day and irritating response of rabbits were observed daily. Results The incidence rates of allergic re- action of Junichi baby shower gel and einnamaldeyhde were 0% and 100% respectively. The irritating response score of Junichi baby shower gel is 0. Conclusion Junichi baby shower gel has no sensitization to guinea pigs＇skin and no irritation to rabbits＇skin. It is safety to human skin.
