摘要
国有林场人事工资管理系统是利用计算机对林场人事工资进行管理 ,改善了林场人事工资管理的手段 ,提高了工作效率。笔者对系统特点、系统功能、系统使用及系统完善作了阐述。系统经林场试用 ,证明其适用、可靠、稳定 。
The Management System of Personnel and Wages of National Forest Farms is to conduct the management of personnel and wages of forest farms by using a computer.It has improved the management means of personnel and wages of forest farms and has enhanced the work efficiency.This paper deals with the characteristics,functions,usage and perfection of the system.It has been proved that the system is suitable,reliable and stable and can basically meet the needs of the personnel and wage management of national forest farms.
