Application of infiltrating formwork texture to Tuancheng Lake Regulation-Pool of ancillary works to the South-to-North Water Transfer Project

在南水北调配套工程团城湖调节池工程护坡混凝土挡墙二期施工中使用透水模板布,总结了模板布的使用方法,并对其使用效果进行了探讨,透水模板布应用后提高了混凝土的强度、耐久性及外观质量。同时着重介绍了由于施工不当造成的质量通病及应对措施,为同类工程施工提供借鉴。

The infiltrating formwork texture is applied to the construction of Phase II Project of the concrete retaining wall for the slope protection of Tuancheng Lake Regulation-Pool of the ancillary works to the South-to-North Water Transfer Project. The ap- plication method of the infiltrating formwork texture is summarized herein, and then its application effect is discussed as well. It is demonstrated that the application of the texture can enhance the strength, durability and appearance quality of concrete. Fur- thermore, the common quality defects caused by the inappropriate construction and the countermeasures for them are emphatically described as well, so as to provide some references for the similar projects concerned.
