陆浑水库汛限水位动态控制风险研究

Study on risk from dynamic control of flood limit water level for Luhun Reservoir

结合陆浑水库的实际,探讨了以预泄调度方式实施汛限水位动态控制所面临的风险。研究了陆浑水库实施汛限水位动态控制域、动态控制实施条件、调度方式,重点对其所面临的风险和损失进行了评价和计算。结果表明,陆浑水库以预泄调度方式实施汛限水位动态控制是可行的,在风险允许的范围内,水库经济效益大大提高。

Based on the actual condition of Luhun Reservoir, the risk to be faced with during the implementation of the dynamic control of the flood limit water level by the mode of the pre-discharge operation is discussed herein; in which the domain of the dynamic control of the flood limit water level, the implementing condition of the dynamic control and its operation mode for Luhun Reservoir are studied, and then the risk to be faced with and the loss from it are emphatically evaluated and calculated. The re- sults show that it is feasible for Luhun Reservoir to implement the dynamic control of the flood limit water level with the operation mode of pre-discharge, which is within the allowance range of the risk, and the economic benefit of the reservoir is consequently to be largely enhanced as well.
