摘要
基于对关中灌区农业水资源自然——人工复合循环转化系统的分析 ,辩证地论述了人为水事活动对“四水”转化及其农业生态环境的影响 ,进而指出实行地表水与地下水的联合运用、强化农业水资源的地下蓄调是关中灌区农业水资源综合调节、合理配置的有效途径。
Based on the analysis of natural artifical compound cycle system of agricultural water resources in Guanzhang irrigation area,this paper deals with the effects of man made activity upon “four water” interaction and agricultural ecological environment dialectically,and also points out that carrying out joint utilization of surface and ground water and strengthening underground store to agricultural water resources are the effective means of comprehensive adjustment and optimal disposition for agricultural water resources of Guanzhong irrigation area.
