摘要
本文分析新一代流域梯级电站优化调度决策支持系统特点,研究以算法模型为核心,以流域为基础计算单位,以调度方案为中心,以GIS技术、云计算为支撑构建软件系统。研究通过基于水情预报的多调度方案生成、调度方案分析决策和调度方案后评估形成一体化优化调度决策流程,以此为指导构建新一代流域梯级电站优化调度决策支持系统。
The characteristics of the new generation of decision-making support system for optimized operation of cascade hydro- power stations are analyzed herein; in which the software system constituted by taking algorithm model as the core, river basin as the calculation unit, operation scheme as the center, GIS and cloud calculation as the support is studied, while the integrated process of the decision-making for the optimized operation formed with the establishment of the hydrologic forecast based multi-op- eration scheme, analysis and decision-making of the operation scheme and post-assessment is researched as well, and then a new generation of decision-making support system for optimized operation of cascade hydropower stations is developed under the guid- ance of this.
