山葡萄种内杂交模拟育种模型的建立

The Establishing of Simulated Breeding Model Intraspecific Hybridization of Vitis amurensis Rupr.

通过对山葡萄种内杂交13个组合子代性状分析表明，果穗重、果粒重、浆果可溶性固形物含量3个数量性状符合正态分布；亲中值与子代平均值显著相关，建立了3个性状的亲子回归方程。依据亲子回归方程、性状的正态分布，建立了山葡萄种内杂交果穗重、果粒重、浆果可溶性固形物含量3个数量性状的模拟育种模型。

According to analysis thirteen combinatorial filial generation of intraspecific hybridization in Vitis amurensis. It shows that three quantitative characters weight of bunch,weight of berry and berry soluble solids accord with normal distribution.Trend to mean parents is outstanding to filial generation average,three characters parental generation regression equation are established.Their simulated breeding model are established too by three characters regression equation and normal distribution.
