摘要 以梅花鹿鹿心为主要原料制成的鹿心补心片能显著增加大白鼠冠脉血流量、强壮大白鼠的心肌;显著增加小白鼠对常压、低压缺氧的耐受力;保护药物所致的氧耗量增加的小白鼠耐缺氧能力。 The experimental research has revealed that deer's heart flake (the product of deer's heart)can be provided with fubctions rof robust myocardium.Increasing blood folw- amount of coronary of rat. It also has protected ventricular fibrillation of mouse indueed by medicine. Promoted normal rpessure oxygeddfi- cit and hyppobaric oxygen- dificit and decuased oxyben consumption induced by ispopoterenol and inhanced ability of anti- anoxia of the mouse. The test result has indicated that deer's heart flake has market to by good runction of mutritious health- protecting.
