柔性跑台对人体足底压力和膝踝关节角度的影响 被引量:2

Influence of Mild Treadmills on Plantar Pressure and Joints' Angle of Lower Limbs

摘要 目的:运用运动生物力学的研究方法,对运动者在不同跑台上进行运动时的足底压力和膝、踝关节角度变化进行对比,从而评价柔性跑台的性能及对人体的影响。方法:选取15名健康男性受试者分别在常规跑台和柔性跑台上进行步行和慢跑活动,使用足底压力鞋垫测量系统获得足底压力参数,通过平面定点定焦二维拍摄得到下肢环节运动参数计算关节角度变化,发放调查问卷获得受试者使用跑台后的主观评价,在此基础上描述受试者在不同跑台上的运动表现。结论:两种结构不同的跑台在足底压力,下肢关节角度变化等指标上存在明显不同,应用弹性跑板的柔性跑台能够有效发挥缓冲减震效果。 Purpose: Using the research methods of sports biomechanics, changes of plantar pressure and joints' angle of lower limbs of exercisers who run on the different treadmills are compared in order to evaluate the treadmills' function and human movement. Methods : This study selected 15 healthy male subjects walking and jog- ging in two different treadmills, which are different in structure, respectively. Using the insole foot pressure meas- urement system for foot pressure parameters, through the two-dimensional photographic methods to get the lower limbs parameters calculating joint angle changes, issuing questionnaires after the test to get the evaluation of the treadmills. It was made to description of the performance of different subjects on the two treadmills respectively. Results : The study shows that, there are significantly differences of plantar pressure, lower limb joint angle changes between the two different structured treadmills, using the elastic running board mild treadmill can play the ef- fective role for cushioning.
