职业性钒暴露对事件相关电位P300的影响

Effect of occupational vanadium exposure on event-related potential P300 in workers

摘要 对97例钒职业接触工人及50例对照工人进行事件相关电位P300检测,记录其潜伏期、波幅及按键反应时间等指标。结果显示,在控制了年龄及文化程度的影响后,接钒组P300潜伏期及按键错误次数均大于对照组(P<0.05);接钒工龄与P300潜伏期呈正相关关系(r=0.244,P<0.05)。提示职业性钒暴露可引起事件相关电位P300的改变,降低钒职业接触人群的认知功能。
