消失模成型模具设计过程中的几个关键要素

摘要 消失模模具设计在整个消失模铸造工艺流程中是一个非常重要的环节,如果模具设计不合理,在模片的发泡和粘接过程中就会出现诸多问题,如:模片局部过烧或不熟,模片密度不均匀,模片粘接错位等等,这些问题的存在直接影响到铸件的质量。以齿轮箱壳体模具为实例,结合多年从事消失模模具设计的经验,分析了模具的材料、型腔壁厚的选择、气塞的布置及模具结构的设计等方面对铸件质量的影响。 Design of lost foam mold is a very important link in the entire process of foundry technology.Irrational mold design would induce a lot of problems in the process of foaming and connection of modules,such as local overburning or underbuming, nonuniformity and malposition of modules,which has direct influences on casting quality.Taking the mold of gear case shell successfully designed by our factory as an example,combined with the experience in design of lost foam molds for many years,a summary specific to solutions and preventions of the above problems is made in this article from the selection of mold materials and cavity wall thickness, arrangement of air lock and design of mold structure and other aspects and so on.
