心肌L型钙通道钙依赖性调节研究新进展 被引量:6

摘要 L型钙通道(L-type calcium channel,LTCC)是钙离子(Ca2+)进入细胞内的主要途径,它是心肌中重要的离子通道,参与心脏的收缩与舒张。LTCC是由α1、α2/δ、β、γ五个亚单位构成的复合物,并且由多基因编码。LTCC的功能受Ca2+、CaM、CaBP1、Calpastatin以及CaMKII等蛋白质的调节,且其具有钙离子依赖性。近年来新的研究表明LTCC也可以进行自我调节。LTCC失调导致多种严重的心脏疾病,因此了解其调节机制具有重要的意义。本文结合了我们实验室和国内外关于心肌LTCC的钙依赖性调节的研究新进展做一下概述。
