摘要 借鉴物质流分析和产品生命周期分析的方法,提出基于生命周期分析—物质流分析的循环经济产业链规划方法(LCA-MFA方法),梳理了该方法的理论基础和技术框架,并将该方法应用于典型的循环经济园区规划实践。主要包括:通过生命周期方法对扬州静脉产业园可获取的再生资源进行估算,进而运用物质流分析方法规划了产业园产业链结构,并模拟出园区近期和中远期物质代谢过程。 The paper studied circular economy industrial chain planning methods (LCA-MFA method) based on life-cycle and material flow analysis, combing the theoretical basis of the method and technical framework, and then used this method to do a typical circular economy park planning practices. The main contents Include: Estimate and forecast available renewable resources in venous industrial Yangzhou through a life-cycle method; provide support data for development of park cycle economic and material input situation in the future; plan and design industrial chain structure using material flow analysis method; simulate park metabolism process for short term, medium and long term.
