叔醋丙乳液干法复膜胶的研制

摘要 以叔碳酸乙烯酯(VV10)为改性剂、丙烯酸酯和醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)为共聚单体,采用预乳化乳液聚合法制备出耐黄变性、耐水性俱佳的低成本水性干法复膜胶。研究结果表明:采用单因素试验法优选出制备该复膜胶的最佳工艺条件是m(阴离子型乳化剂A):m(非离子型乳化剂B)=2:1、w(VV10)=20%(相对于VAc质量而言)、w(APS)=0.8%(相对于总单体质量而言)和T_g(玻璃化转变温度)为-25℃;此时复膜胶的T型剥离强度(4.65N/15mm)和油墨转移率(>95%)相对最大,并且相应的纸/塑复膜制品可进行凹凸、压纹等后序工艺处理。 With tert-ethylene carbonate ( VV 10) as a modifier, acrylates and vinyl acetate (VAc) as comonomers, an aqueous dry adhesive for laminated film,which had good yellowing-resistance,good water-resistance and low cost,was prepared by pre-emulsification emulsion polymerization. The research results showed that the optimal process conditions of preparing adhesive for laminated film were preferred by single-factor experiment when mass ratio of m(anionic emulsifier A):m(non-ionic emulsifier B) was 2:1 ,mass fractions of YV10 and APS were 20% in VAc and 0.8% in total monomers respectively,and Tg(glass transition temperature) was -25 ℃. Here,its T-peeling strength(4.65 N/15 mm) and ink transfer rate(above 95%) were relatively maximal, and the corresponding paper/plastic-laminated film products could be treated by concave-convex process and embossed process after the sequence.
