摘要 介绍了再生动物(羊毛)蛋白纤维及其特性,基于此,将其与抱合力较好的棉纤维混纺,混纺比分别为30﹕70、40﹕60、50﹕50。阐述了采用再生动物(羊毛)蛋白纤维开发针织面料的工艺,指出编织时要注意保持对线圈长度和张力的测试和监控,及时调整偏差;染整时注意采用活性染料染色且要严格控制水温、升温和升温保温时间。对纤维配比不同的3种针织面料进行性能测试,结果表明:再生动物(羊毛)蛋白纤维有同类纤维所不具备的特点,如缩绒性、弹性恢复性和吸湿发热功能,通过科学严格的技术手段,使其功能得到了充分的发挥,从而研发出一种功能独特的、新型的吸湿发热针织面料。 Based on the characteristics of regenerated animal protein fiber, the paper develops a new kind of knitted fabric by using the regenerated animal protein fiber/cotton blended yarns with different blending ratios(30/ 70,40160 and 50/50). It introduces in detail the knitting technology and points out the precautions during the pro- ducing process, including testing and monitoring the loop length and tension, adjusting the fabric dimension devia- tion; controlling the temperature of water and strictly controlling the time of warming and temperature retaining during dyeing. Besides, the wearing properties of these three kinds of fabrics with different blended ratios are tested. The results show that the regenerated animal protein fiber bears excellent properties of milling, elastic recovery, moisture absorption and heat emission compared to other kinds of protein fibers; and through technological means, we can develop a new type of knitted fabric with unique function and good moisture absorption and heat emission properties.
