Knitting Practice of Dotted Jacquard Knitted Fabric By Using New Type of Fibers

介绍了在普通4针道单面大圆机上,采用大豆蛋白复合纤维纱和竹黏纤维纱开发点格提花织物的生产工艺,包括织针排列、三角排列、穿纱方式等编织工艺,以及漂白、柔软处理、烘燥、剖幅、定形等染整工艺,并给出了面料参数。该工艺可直接用于生产针织点格布,织物外观效果奇特,可用于制作T恤衫、休闲装等。

The paper develops a new kind of dotted jacquard knitted fabric on the 4 needle track single circu- lar knitting machine by using soybean protein composite fiber yarn and bamboo/viscose blended yarn, and also in- troduces in detail the knitting technology including needle arrangement, cam arrangement and threading ways, and the dyeing and finishing technology including bleaching, softening, drying, scotching and setting and so on. Fur- thermore, the parameters of fabrics are presented. The fabrics knitted in this paper bear unique appearance, which can be used to develop T-shirt and leisure wear products.
