摘要
文中介绍了高效精练剂DM-1364的基本性能及应用性能,探讨了温度、时间、烧碱用量、双氧水用量、精练剂用量、双氧水稳定剂用量、水洗方式等多个因素对高效精练剂DM-1364练漂棉针织物工艺效果的影响。结果表明,高效精练剂DM-1364的最佳练漂工艺为:烧碱2.0 g/L,30%H2O2用量5.0 g/L,高效精练剂DM-1364用量1.0 g/L,双氧水稳定剂1.0 g/L,100℃保温45 min,且采用最佳工艺练漂针织布的白度和毛效效果良好,成本适中。
This paper introduces the basic performance and application performance of high efficient scouting a- gent DM-1364, investigated the effects of temperature, time, dosage of sodium hydroxide, dosage of hydrogen per- oxide, dosage of scouring agent,dosage of hydrogen peroxide stabilizer and rinsing ways on scouring and bleaching process. The result show that the optimum scouring and bleaching process conditions are: dosage of sodium hydrox- ide 2.0 g/L, dosage of 30% hydrogen peroxide 5.0 g/L, dosage of high efficient scouting agent DM-1364 1.0 g/L, dosage of hydrogen peroxide stabilizer 1.0 g/L, at 100 ℃ for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, this technology can produce good whiteness hairiness at a acceptable cost.
