Choice and Use of Knitted Fusible Interlining

介绍了热熔性树脂针织黏合衬的选取原则,通过试验确定了不同种类黏合衬与压烫时间、温度及压力3个参数的关系。探讨了针织黏合衬的使用方法,指出服装工业生产中常采用外部夹层法叠置,即用两层黏合衬将两层面料夹在中间。重点分析了在生产中存在的诸如剥离强度不达标、黏合后衣片正面起泡、洗涤后衣片起泡、渗胶、用衬部位出现黏衬印痕等问题的原因,并提出了解决办法。

The selecting principle and usage of the thermo-plastic resin knitted fusible interlining are introduced in this paper, and the relationship between different lining cloth and three parameters including temperature, time and pressure are determined. Two layers of fusible interlining are usually sandwiched between the two layers of fab- rics in clothing industry production. Meanwhile, the reasons of some common problems during producing such as low peeling strength, bubbles on the face, falls of lining after washing, glue seeping and lining marks and so on, and the solutions are also put forward.
