苏州现代农业发展的对策研究——基于信息化及电子商务视角

Study on the Countermeasures for Promoting the Development of Suzhou Modern Agriculture—— Based on Informatization and E-commerce

在工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化同步发展的进程中,农业现代化发展严重滞后,加快发展现代农业,是破解"三农"问题的根本出路,是推动城乡生产要素优化组合、促进城乡协调发展的根本举措,是缩小城乡差别、实现城乡一体化的根本途径。文章结合苏州现代农业发展实际,分析农业信息化及农业电子商务的作用,研究苏州农业信息化及电子商务发展中存在的问题,并以信息化及电子商务为手段,提出促进苏州现代农业发展的对策。

The development of agricultural modernization is seriously lagging behind in the synchronous development process of industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization. Speeding up the development of modern agri-culture is the fundamental solution to crack“three rural”issues,fundamental measures to promote the optimal combination of urban and rural production factors and the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,and fundamental ways to narrow the differences between urban and rural areas and achieve the integration of urban and rural areas. Combined with the actual de-velopment of modern agriculture in Suzhou,the paper analyzes the role of agricultural informatization and agricultural E-com-merce,studies on their existing development problems of Suzhou,and puts forward some countermeasures to promote the de-velopment of modern agriculture in Suzhou.
