摘要
为帮助国内二手车企业找到自身定位,提高竞争力,本文首先研究国内二手车市场的现状,分析二手车不发达的主要原因,然后结合国内外二手车流通方式,提出了二手车产业链的划分模式,并就每个产业链环节中的代表企业的商业模式进行分析,对国内的二手车企业的发展有借鉴意义.
To help the used car enterprises find their location and enhance competitiveness, situation a- bout the used car was discussed in the paper. The reasons which result in the underdevelopment of the used car market was analyzed. The model of the used car industry chain was proposed based on the study of its circulation in China and abroad. Some examples which lie in different places in the industry chain were given and their structure of business was analyzed, having significance in the enterprises" development.
