摘要 应用CAD软件UG NX建立格里森弧齿锥齿轮实体模型,通过UG NX与有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench的接口将模型导入到ANSYS Workbench中进行齿轮的模态分析;详细介绍了应用ANSYS Workbench建立齿轮模态分析有限元模型的步骤,得到了各阶固有频率;进一步分析了模数、齿数、螺旋角、径向变位系数以及切向变位系数等因素对于齿轮模态特性的影响规律.模态分析的结果可为齿轮的设计和结构优化提供参考依据. A solid model of Gleason spiral bevel gear was established through CAD software UG NX. The model was imposed into the ANSYS Workbench by the interface for UG NX and ANSYS Workbench. The proce- dure of finite element model of gear modal analysis was introduced in detail and the natural frequencies in differ- ent orders were obtained. The influence of the gear parameters such as normal module, number of teeth, helix angle and profile modification coefficient on gear modal was discussed in detail. The results of modal analysis provide a reference for the design and structural optimization of the gear.
